Week 3, some rainy day projects…and another freebie!

Hello! Boy has it been raining here..anyone else have cabin fever? We do! We have done so many different indoor activities. Yesterday i just bundled the boys up and we played outside in the rain! We have been doing lots of little projects though! lol!

If your kids are like mine, they get bored being stuck in the house. I saw this kit at Scrap Matters called “I’m Bored” by, Pressed Petals. As soon as I saw it I knew just what I wanted to do with it!

Your bored…reach into the can and do what ever the paper says! Great way to recycle a hot cocoa can into something fun!

I also made a cute little clipboard with a matching To Do list for me.

I used Let’s Get organized, The Basics by, Simply J for the list and the kit is Enjoy the Moment by Sahlin Studios. Both at Scrap Matters! I’m enjoying my new CT spot there! lot’s of great goodies and great people to work with!

Oh and look at these LOs I made with some new goodies by Amy Sumrall, they went perfectly with these pretty pictures of my beautiful daughter Kayla.

Hope..and hybrid with Tyler :)

My BFF had a birthday. i wanted to make her something special as she has had a very hard year. I had her send me some special photos of her 4 boys and made her these.

Super fun and not hard at all to make! If you want to know how I did it check out the tutorial I wrote for The Hybrid Chick!

Tyler and I had some fun with one of Kelleigh Ratalaff’s new templates yesterday. I printed the Rounded Treat Bag Template on some plain cardstock for him. Then he did his magic with his crayons and markers. Then i showed him how if you fold here, and glue here…you end up with a little bag. He is already planning what to put in there:) I’m sure it involves cars of some kind.

Who Likes Free Templates!

Hellooo! 2010 is upon us! Who is up for a ready for the Official Project 365/52 GingerScraps Challenge!? I know I am!

I hope you are excited as I am to get started. Have you been taking your pictures everyday/week?

I am helping my sister host the Official GingerScrap 365/52 Challenge! You can read all about it in the GingerScraps Forum. Let me tell you this. There will be FREE Kits every 2 weeks…and more :)

All you have to do is your LOs and you will get prizes! You should really go check it out, it is going to be loads of fun!

So, on to the FREE Template! Well, I am going to be making a BUNCH of 365 Templates. It will make it so much easier to keep up on the year long project! There will be a new one every week or so! You really should go join the challenge, I’m telling you!

I am getting a start on my LO now! The week is not over, but hey, I’m ahead so far! LOL! Here is what I have so far. Just got first 5 my pictures in the Template. Still need to add journaling and some fun stuff!

I am just waiting for my Ginger to finish her 365 kit! I am so excited. Oh ya…the first free mini kit of the Challenge will be posted on Friday! 2 days away!
