A Hybrid Freebie for you!

We had a big snow storm a few weeks ago. Which of course was very exciting for us, since we don’t get snow every winter. The kids had 2 snow days and we spent lots of time playing in the snow and I took lots of pictures…of course.

I love the way they turned out and scrapped a few of them with “A Day in the Snow” a collab by the GingerScraps designers.

You can still get this kit free for a few more days. Just go gather all the daily downloads at the GingerScraps CT blog. After the end of December you can get it in the GingerScraps store.

The kit is really perfect for snow photos, the color pallet is fantastic and really brings out the skin tones of the people in your photos! Even though they are surrounded by all that white:)

That brings me to your freebie!! I made a little mini album with the kit.

It fits into badge holders, you can get at walmart or office supply store. I made them into PNG files for you so all you need to do is add you pictures in your photo editing program, print and stick in your badge holders. Add a ring and some ribbon! Cute little mini album!

Here it is all packaged up for you ready to create! Go to the GingerScraps Blog to get the download link!

Whoville Freebie!

My sister GingerScraps is re-releasing one of my all time favorite Christmas kits! Now is your chance to get this super fun kit if you missed it last year! This kit will just make you smile!

Whoville was an inspiration from The Grinch Who Stole Christmas. It reminds me of the inside of a Who's house. I hope you enjoy this fun and whimsical trip to Whoville as much as I did!

I made my Christmas Cards with this kit last year. I also made a few other things…..

I made this hybrid frame for my sister last Christmas!

A cute little LO

A Hybrid wall Hanging.

Even a recipe for a Merry Christmas!

You can tell I really love this kit! I even made some word art to go with it!

I love this word art! It was so much fun to make!

So, DL my free Word Art. Here!

Then go to GingerScraps and get Whoville! It’s only $4.00. What a low price to pay for so many smiles!

Yes, I am still here :)

Hi ya-all! I am still here. My computer is shot, so my friend is rebuilding my sisters old computer for me to use until I am ready to buy a new one. Which will be after Christmas sometime :)

But the really good news is that he recovered all the data from my broken EHD! Everything! I am so happy I did not loose all my precious photos. And of course all my scrapping stuff! He has all the data on his computer and I have to get him another EHD to put it all on. But it is all safe and sound. But, I guess I learned my lesson, I need to back up my back up. If you have any ideas or tips you all use for extra backup please let me know.

During all this I was missing PSE so much I installed it on Kayla’s laptop and have been able to create a few things. I have lots of ideas for Christmas gifts in my head and need to get creating!

Oh ya, another nice piece of news is that I got a spot on the Scrap Matters Hybrid Team. Now I have even more awesome designs to work with!

Now I just need to get back into the swing of things.

Here are a few of the projects I have created in the past week or so.

My cousin had a baby and I made her this card from Amy Sumrall’s Babushka mini. I also used Kelleigh Ratzlaffs Mini Envelope Template resized. Love these little nesting dolls!

I made this for my aunt Linda’s birthday. All these great kits are at Scrap Matters! Let’s Get Together and A Slice of Life Hybrid Card Template. She loved them. :)

I made this ornament with the Drop Ornament Template by Kelleigh Ratzlaff at The Digi chick and the digi kit One More Sleep by Graham Like the Cracker at GingerScraps and Stolen Moments at Scrap Matters.

I made this Advent Calendar with Mari Koegelenbergs Advent Template and the kit Christmas Wishes by Pri Rocha and Cintia Tavares all at The Digi chick.

The kids LOVE this. Behind each door is a task for the day, so far we have decorated, made paper chains, given out hugs, made snowflakes, bought Christmas candy. Ty loves to get up each day and see what it says behind the door. Actually the teenagers like it too. :)

I made our Christmas card too with the kit The Happiest Season of All by, Brittish Designs and Photo Edgers by Happy Scrap Girl at Scrap Matters.

Ok I think that is it for now. One little reminder, GingerScraps is giving away a full kit this month. It’s a download a day and at the end you get this really cute kit called A Day in The snow!

Here is a little preview, we are on day 5 right now, so start picking up the freebies!

Ok! You have a fabulous day! It is supposed to snow here tonight! We are getting excited! We don’t get snow all that much! The boys have their snow cloths all ready.
